Where Concord Tower is
Concord Tower is an office tower in Dubai Media City, on the tram side of the district, facing Palm Jumeirah and a short distance from Dubai Marina. The official RTA Dubai Tram map marks it as one of the landmarks along the line.
Dubai Media City itself is a business district and free zone developed by TECOM Group, with companies licensed by the Dubai Development Authority. It was built as a media hub and still hosts major media brands, alongside neighbouring Dubai Internet City and Dubai Knowledge Park. On a weekday, expect office towers, busy lobbies and ground-floor cafés.
For maps and taxis, "Concord Tower, Dubai Media City" is enough. At the building's reception you may be asked who you are visiting: LaWEra Group (Lawera Legal Services LLC), office 1408.
Dubai Media City metro station: which one to use
This is where most visitors get confused, for two reasons: the Red Line runs along Sheikh Zayed Road, inland from the tower, and several stations in this stretch have been renamed.
Al Fardan Exchange is the Red Line station closest to Concord Tower on the map. ⚠️ Until 2025 it was called Al Khail; RTA granted the naming rights to Al Fardan Exchange in 2025, and the old name still appears in older maps, reviews and directions. The walk from the station is longer than the straight-line distance suggests, so in the warmer months take a taxi for the last leg.
Dubai Internet City station, one stop along the line, serves the Internet City side of the district and is further from Concord Tower.
The easiest option by public transport is the metro plus tram. The Dubai Tram connects with the Red Line at Sobha Realty and DMCC stations. Change there and ride the tram to Palm Jumeirah or Media City stop (see below).
Station names in Dubai have changed several times in recent years under RTA's naming rights programme, and the process continues. Check the route on the day in RTA's S'hail app or the RTA journey planner, which carry the current names.
Tram: the nearest stops
The Dubai Tram runs along the coast through Dubai Media City, past Palm Jumeirah and into Dubai Marina. The two closest stops to Concord Tower are Palm Jumeirah and Media City; the tower sits between them, noticeably closer to Palm Jumeirah.
If you are staying in Dubai Marina, JBR or JLT, the tram is the most convenient way to reach us, with no changes needed.
Taxi
Ask for "Concord Tower, Dubai Media City". If the driver hesitates, add "near Palm Jumeirah tram stop".

If you are driving, tell us when you book and we will point you to the most practical option for that day. Parking arrangements and tariffs in Dubai's business districts change, so we do not publish them here; a quick message beforehand is more reliable than circling the tower before a meeting.

You do not need to travel for a first meeting. Clients abroad usually start with a video call, send documents electronically, and sign any power of attorney where they are, followed by legalisation. A visit to Concord Tower can come later, if and when the matter requires it.
