Visit Our Dubai Office Online: The LAWERA 3D Office Tour
A law firm's website tells you what the firm says about itself. An office tells you something harder to fake: that there is a physical place, in a real building, where the people you are about to trust with your case turn up to work. Our office is Office 1408, Concord Tower, Dubai Media City. You can now walk through it from anywhere, before you send us a single document.
How the tour was made
The tour is a 3D model built from video footage of our actual office. We filmed the premises room by room, reconstructed the walls, doors, windows and layout from those frames, and assembled a model you can move around in freely.
Two things follow from that, and we would rather state them up front:
- Dimensions are accurate to roughly ±5–10%. The layout, the sequence of rooms and the proportions are right. It is not a surveyor's plan.
- The furniture is modelled from the footage, not photographed. Chairs, shelving and the coffee area are close to the real thing but simpler.
So this is not a photo gallery dressed up as 3D. It is a faithful reconstruction with honest tolerances, which is the standard we try to hold ourselves to on legal work as well.
What you can see
The tour starts at the entrance and you walk from there. The model includes:
- Reception and the main hall, where every visit begins
- Two private offices used by the lawyers
- The meeting room, where client meetings and document reviews usually happen
- The lounge, for a less formal conversation
- The coffee area
- The view from the windows, rebuilt from the same footage

Controls
Desktop: move with the arrow keys or W, A, S, D; look around with the mouse.

The model is heavier than a normal web page, so on a slow mobile connection the first load takes a little longer. Wi-Fi helps. The direct link is /ofis/?lang=en if you want to send it to a colleague or partner.
Why show the office at all
Most clients who find us online meet us online first. That is normal, and it is also the moment when people are most exposed to firms that exist only as a website and a WhatsApp number. A tour does not prove a firm is good. It does let you rule out one specific problem: a firm with no real premises.
An office on its own is not enough evidence, though. Serviced space can be rented for a month. The things that actually matter are the registered legal name, the licence, and whether the people who will advise you are properly registered. The first consultation is free, whether we meet in the office or online.
In person
The office is open 10:00 to 19:00 Dubai time (UTC+4). Please book rather than walk in: the lawyer you need may be in court, at a government office or in another meeting. Online
If you are abroad, or simply busy, the first meeting can be a video call. What to send beforehand
A few sentences on what happened, which emirate or free zone is involved, what you want to achieve, and copies of the key documents. We read the documents before the meeting, so the time is spent on your options rather than on a retelling of the facts.
